Have you ever been in conversation with someone and felt a small internal vibration in response to something they said? It’s like your instincts are giving you a little nudge, telling you that the conversation is not complete. Then, for countless reasons, we dismiss that internal alert and walk away, hit End, or Leave Meeting.

That, my friend, is when you ask the next question.

Last year was very important to my coaching, my personal growth and my business. I’m carrying that energy into the new year and looking forward to continuing to build on everything that has been established.

My son is a real heartbreaker.  No, not like that. He would collapse into himself at the very suggestion of that.  He’s a heartbreaker in that my heart is breaking for him every day that I have to watch him navigate the emotional jungle that is middle school. I think we can all agree, this is a brutal time. While walking through it with him has been tricky at best and downright brutal most of the time, it has not been totally without reward. Loving the 13 year old in front of me has helped lend a bit of perspective and understanding to my own 13 year old self.
